Since the accident Mr. Cunningham has been out of work and attempting to push through severe back and leg pain to get back to his normal life. A life that has been challenging since being injured. Mr. Cunningham currently receives a monthly disability payment but, he still has not been able to repair his vehicle. Mr. Cunningham could use assistance with getting the repairs done to his vehicle so that he can return to work and care for himself.
